Privacy Policy
AI Build Notes Publisher is a human-approved workflow for drafting, reviewing, scheduling, and publishing LinkedIn posts based on the user's own work notes and product-building activity.
Information We Collect
The application may process the following information when connected by an authorized user:
- LinkedIn account authorization data needed to connect and publish content through official LinkedIn APIs.
- User-created post drafts, edit requests, approvals, publishing status, timestamps, and post identifiers.
- Basic account or page identifiers required to publish to the selected LinkedIn profile or page.
How We Use Information
Information is used only to support the approved publishing workflow:
- generate and store post drafts;
- route drafts for human review;
- apply requested edits or regenerations;
- publish only explicitly approved posts;
- record publishing status and errors for troubleshooting.
Human Approval
The application is designed around a human approval gate. Drafts are not intended to be published automatically without explicit user approval.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared with LinkedIn only as needed to authenticate the user and publish approved posts through LinkedIn's official APIs.
Data Storage And Security
Access tokens and credentials should be stored securely in environment variables or a secret manager. LinkedIn passwords are not collected or stored by this application.
Data Retention
Drafts, approvals, and publishing records may be retained to support workflow history, auditability, and content improvement. The user can request deletion of locally stored draft and publishing records.
Third-Party Services
The application may use LinkedIn APIs for authentication and publishing. LinkedIn's own terms and privacy policy apply to LinkedIn's processing of information.
